Just a quick note to let you know how I've been getting on since I saw you. Sorry I haven't emailed you earlier, but you'll be pleased to know that I've been feeling much better. I can sleep through the night (bliss!), and if my back wakes me up I just use that technique you gave me and it works like a charm.

About the only thing I haven't achieved mind power over is the ache in my right leg, as it's right inside my leg and so hard to work on.

I may come back and see you again in as labour looms closer, to get some help visualizing a pain free, relaxing birth.
